Revenue share is tiered based on the total Managed Billing Volume (MBV) you generate for Mockwin in a rolling 12-month period. Silver partners (₹0–15L MBV) earn 15% revenue share. Gold partners (₹15L–50L) earn up to 20%. Platinum partners (₹50L–1Cr) earn up to 25%. Diamond partners (₹1Cr+) earn up to 30%. Revenue share is calculated monthly on all client subscriptions attributed to your partnership and paid out within 15 days of month close.

Deal registration is the formal process of logging a prospect company in the partner portal before you make your introduction. Registration timestamps your claim — if another partner or Mockwin's direct sales team is already engaged with that company, you will be notified before you invest time. Only registered deals are eligible for revenue share. Registering takes under two minutes and protects your commission from the moment you submit.

Once you register a deal, Mockwin's partnerships team becomes your co-seller. We prepare a customised ROI proposal for the specific client, join key sales calls as the technical and product expert, run a paid pilot (typically a 10-candidate assessment run) at no charge to the client, and handle all security, compliance, and procurement objections. You handle the relationship and context; we handle the product conversation. Most partner-sourced deals close within 30–45 days of deal registration.

No upfront fees, no minimum volume commitments, and no exclusivity requirements. The program is free to join. You are under no obligation to refer a specific number of clients per quarter. However, partners who generate less than ₹5L MBV in a 12-month period may be reviewed for continuation to ensure the partnership remains mutually valuable.

Gold tier and above partners can co-brand interview reports with their agency logo alongside Mockwin's branding. Platinum and Diamond partners can opt for fully white-labelled candidate assessment reports delivered under your agency's brand identity — clients see your brand, not Mockwin's. Full white-label platform access (custom domain, login page, emails) is available to Diamond partners under a separate enterprise agreement.

Active partners receive 50–70% off standard Mockwin pricing for using the platform on your own candidate pipeline. This covers AI-led video screening, competency assessments, anti-cheating proctoring, and candidate analytics dashboards. The exact discount depends on your partner tier: Silver partners receive 50% off, Gold 55%, Platinum 60%, and Diamond 70%. Internal-use access is provisioned within 5 business days of onboarding.

The deal registration system is binding on Mockwin's internal sales team as well. Once you register a company, it is flagged in our CRM as partner-owned and our AEs are blocked from independently pitching that account for 12 months without your consent and involvement. If Mockwin's sales team has an existing relationship with the company at the time of your registration, you will be notified within 24 hours — no assumptions, no surprises.

Mockwin is SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR-ready, and aligned with ISO 27001 controls. Candidate data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Each client's data is tenant-isolated — no data is ever shared between accounts or used to train shared AI models. For enterprise clients in regulated industries (BFSI, pharma), full security documentation and VAPT reports are available under NDA.

Tier upgrades happen automatically at the start of the calendar quarter following the quarter in which you cross the MBV threshold. For example, if you cross ₹15L MBV mid-quarter, you are upgraded to Gold at the beginning of the next quarter and retroactively receive the Gold revenue share rate from the upgrade date forward. There is no manual application process — tier progression is fully automated based on your dashboard MBV.
