Access Criteria

MockWin is accessible to all employers, job seekers, and other interested users. There are no specific eligibility requirements for accessing the platform.

General Conduct

Users are expected to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and updated information.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and secure your account.
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Avoid posting harmful, abusive, obscene, or illegal content.
• Do not spam, misuse, or attempt to exploit the platform for unauthorized purposes.

Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Access the platform for training AI models without written permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Hack, reverse engineer, crawl, or scrape content
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Post content violating intellectual property or third-party rights
• Engage in activities that could harm platform integrity or overload infrastructure

Subscription Terms

Subscription plans include monthly and annual options. All payments made are non-refundable. Cancellations can be made anytime, and access will be maintained until the end of the current period.

Ownership and Consent

MockWin owns the data collected during interviews (audio, video, screenshots, etc.). Data is shared with employers for recruitment purposes. Job seekers' consent is obtained prior to data collection. MockWin disclaims liability for misuse by third parties after lawful sharing.

Service Disclaimers

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Screening results may not be 100% accurate and should be supplemented with other evaluation methods. We are not responsible for legal disputes between users or misuse of the platform.

Termination Conditions

MockWin may suspend or terminate accounts due to: violations of terms or laws, false or misleading submissions, misuse or security breaches. Post-termination data retention or deletion will follow legal and internal policy standards.

Rights and Ownership

MockWin is a registered trademark under Indian law (Class 42). All platform content, branding, and technology is the intellectual property of MockWin. No user may reproduce, distribute, or exploit MockWin IP without explicit permission.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Legal disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, or through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Terms Updates

MockWin reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the platform and continued use signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
