Register first, always
Register the deal in our portal before making any introduction. First registration wins if two partners refer the same company. No registration = no commission protection.
90-day window
Once you register a deal, you have 90 days for Mockwin to close it and for it to qualify for your commission. Deals that close after 90 days do not trigger a payout.
Minimum deal size
The minimum qualifying deal is $5,000 ACV. Pilots, free trials, and sub-threshold contracts do not trigger commission — only paid contracts do.
30-day payout
Commission is calculated and paid within 30 days of the client's first invoice being paid and cleared. You receive a commission statement by email before every payout.
Non-exclusive
You are not locked in. You can refer as many companies as you like, refer multiple clients simultaneously, and maintain any other professional relationships you choose.
Confidentiality
Partner commission rates, pricing, and materials are confidential. Please do not share them publicly or with companies who are not in active conversations about partnering.

You earn 15% of the client's first-year Annual Contract Value (ACV) as a one-time payout. For example, if the company signs a $12,000/year contract, you receive $1,800. The payout is triggered 30 days after the client's first invoice is paid and cleared. There is no recurring commission after year one unless separately agreed.
A qualified referral is a company that (1) you have registered in the deal portal before Mockwin has an existing relationship with them, (2) signs a paid contract of $5,000 ACV or more, and (3) makes their first payment within 90 days of your deal registration date. Free trials, pilots, and unpaid contracts do not qualify.
No. Your job ends at the introduction. Mockwin's team handles all demos, discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, and onboarding. If a deal stalls and a warm nudge from you would help, we may reach out to ask — but it is never required.
Unregistered referrals are not protected. If Mockwin already has a relationship with the company, or if another partner registers the same company first, you will not be eligible for commission. Always register before reaching out. It takes two minutes and protects your payout.
If two partners register the same company, the first registration by timestamp wins and receives the commission. The second registration is declined. This is why registering early — before making contact — is critical.
Payouts are processed monthly via bank transfer or Stripe. You will receive a commission statement by email detailing the deal, the ACV, and the commission amount before each payout. The minimum payout threshold is $200 — amounts below this roll over to the following month. You are responsible for your own tax obligations; Mockwin does not withhold.
No. There is no cap. You can refer one company or fifty — the program is non-exclusive and there are no volume commitments in either direction. The more qualified introductions you make, the more you earn.
Mockwin is SOC 2 compliant, GDPR-ready, and ISO 27001 aligned. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each customer's data is fully isolated — no cross-tenant access. Proprietary knowledge base content uploaded by a company is never used to train models or shared with any other customer. Full compliance documentation is available to enterprise prospects on request.
None. You do not need to understand how the AI works, be able to demo the product, or handle any technical questions. Mockwin provides a one-pager and an intro email template you can personalise. If a prospect has technical questions, they go directly to the Mockwin team after your introduction.
